[ Questions ]
Is it real espresso?

Yes. Ground to order on an Eversys or a Dr.Coffee: one arm pulls the shot, the other steams the milk and pours.

What happens when it breaks?

The service covers repairs, parts and labour for 24 months. We aim to answer a critical outage within four business hours and be on site within two business days, within 100 km of the Valley.

Who looks after it day to day?

Your team, trained by us at commissioning. We watch it remotely, check it every quarter and service it on site every six months.

Oat milk, soy, syrups?

Add a second milk line and it pours both. Three more syrup channels add three more flavours.

How do people pay?

One payment system is connected at install. A second is $2,000.

What does it need on site?

About two square metres, power, water and drainage. We draw it, and our trades or yours put it in.

Can we finance it?

Most buyers do, through our broker, at 7.5% to 20% over five or seven years depending on your business. The figures here are illustrations, not an offer of finance.

Can I taste it first?

Yes. Ours pours at 365 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley. Come and order one before you order one: book a tasting or call 1800 983 404.
