UBTECH Cruzr Y1
A mobile dual-arm robot for the warehouse jobs between manual labour and fixed automation.
Cruzr Y1 is for material handling, loading and unloading, depalletising and sorting in factories and logistics. Mobile navigation, two 7-DOF arms and a vertical lift, so one platform covers transport, loading and sorting instead of a cell for each.

What it does
- Dual-arm handling
Two 7-DOF arms, 750 mm reach, force control. Coordinated reach and controlled grasping for bins, cartons and pick-and-place.
- Lift range
Vertical lift with an 850 mm range and a 0 to 1800 mm working height, plus a waist tray, so one robot covers floor pickup to machine-side loading.
- Navigation and autonomy
Laser SLAM and VSLAM, lidar, RGBD and ToF, layered obstacle avoidance, automatic charging and a swappable battery for multi-shift work.
- Warehouse material handling
Cartons, bins and containers on routes too variable for conveyors. Published envelope up to 650 × 450 × 400 mm.
- Manufacturing loading and depalletising
Approaching stations, working at several heights, moving between adjacent tasks.
- Sorting
Hard packs, soft packs and file-style items where item classes stay stable and routes change through the day.
- Flexible automation
